Rock for Charity II Poster

For many of us, the memories of our college days reverberate around listening to classic rock in the dorm or going to music fests. As the world needs a lot of healing these days, we plan to leverage our love for classic rock to help humanity.

The 1985 Live Aid concert was conceived as a follow-on to the successful charity single “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” which was also the brainchild of Geldof and Ure. Rock for Charity II is the continuation of the initiative of Prometheus Foundation and IIT Alumni of Greater Houston (IITAGH) to enjoy a fantastic evening of classic rock while raising funds for charity with focus on children and education.
